We use Australia Express Post, which means you'll get fast delivery and a tracking number once it's been sent to track your order. As we have everything in stock, you can expect non prescription orders such as sunglasses and frame only optical glasses to be shipped within 2 - 3 business days and prescription glasses and sunglasses to be shipped within 7 - 10 business days.
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct and that someone is available to receive the order between 9am and 5pm. If this is not possible, then Australia Post will leave a card and your parcel may be collected at your local Australia Post Office.
If an item is out of stock due to popularity, we will contact you to advise of you of your earliest ETA or send you a refund immediately.
At Glamoureyes Optometrists, we believe in partnering with reliable suppliers, so you can be assured that all products are finished to the highest standards. Rarely, problems may still arise. All products are covered with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty against faults and defects. This can include lenses that are popping out, hinges or joins that snap at the solder or mechanical spring hinges that have failed.
Unfortunately, wear and tear such as scratches to the frame or lenses, lost screws or fading of the acetate or metal are not covered. There are some exceptional circumstances where the product has not worn well in a short period of time. Our advice is to send it in or visit your local Glamoureyes store for assessment, and we will do everything reasonably possible to repair or exchange it for the same product under warranty if there is deemed to be a quality issue.
At Glamoureyes Optometrists, we believe that from the date of delivery you should love your sunglasses or optical frames.
We will offer a 14 day return for exchange, credit or refund*. This gives you ample time to ensure that the product is right for you. If you are unsure about the product, we ask that you leave the product in a resalable condition. Please return the product with all the labels, tags and packaging. The cost of return postage will be at the buyer's expense and the product will be the buyer's liability until it has arrived back at our store. The product may also be returned to your local Glamoureyes store, however please be advised that refunds will be processed online and may take 1 - 2 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any products that have shown signs of use, scratches or damage. Please understand that we are a small local operation and we aim to reduce the amount of wastage to the environment. We also aim to be fair and go the extra mile for our customers.
*Afterpay payments - please note that we offer an exchange or credit on products. We do not offer a refund on products purchased through Afterpay.
